Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the item is shipped, whichever is earlier.
- Once the item has been shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return.
- To request cancellation, contact us immediately with your Order ID.

Refund Policy
If the Order Has Not Been Shipped
- Full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
If the Order Has Been Shipped
- The request will be treated as a return.
- Refund will be processed after verification of the returned product.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for customized or personalized products.
Replacement Policy
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it with a new product at no additional cost.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Applicable only for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during transit
Non-Eligible Scenarios
No refund or replacement will be provided for:
- Incorrect details provided by the customer (name, size, color, image, etc.)
- Design, color, or size dissatisfaction due to customer selection
- Missing unboxing video
- Customized or personalized products (except manufacturing defects)
Return / Replacement / Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible:
- Request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- If opened, unboxing video is compulsory
How to Raise a Request

- Attach clear photos or videos (including unboxing video)
- Once verified, replacement or refund will be processed promptly
