Cancellation and Refund Policy

At dreambabys.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our cancellation, refund, and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the item is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the item has been shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return.
  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately with your Order ID.

Refund Policy

If the Order Has Not Been Shipped

  • Full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

If the Order Has Been Shipped

  • The request will be treated as a return.
  • Refund will be processed after verification of the returned product.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for customized or personalized products.


Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it with a new product at no additional cost.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests.
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Applicable only for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during transit

Non-Eligible Scenarios

No refund or replacement will be provided for:

  • Incorrect details provided by the customer (name, size, color, image, etc.)
  • Design, color, or size dissatisfaction due to customer selection
  • Missing unboxing video
  • Customized or personalized products (except manufacturing defects)

Return / Replacement / Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible:

  • Request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • If opened, unboxing video is compulsory

How to Raise a Request

  • Email us with your Order ID and issue details
  • Attach clear photos or videos (including unboxing video)
  • Once verified, replacement or refund will be processed promptly
