Shipping Timeframe
- Products are delivered within 1 to 10 business days, depending on location and order specifications.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festival seasons or shop closure/leave periods, delivery timelines may be extended. Customers will be informed in such cases.
Shipping Charges
- For orders shipped to other states, shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, product type, and product weight.
- The shipping cost will be added to the product price.
- All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
Order Processing & Payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
- Customers may be required to share payment screenshots or proof after payment for verification.
- Once payment is confirmed, the delivery address will be collected and verified before dispatch.
- Quality checks are completed before dispatch.

- Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or email.

- In most cases, dreambabys.in will bear the shipping cost for returns, replacements, or exchanges.
- For certain products based on size or value, the final decision on shipping charges will be at the discretion of dreambabys.in.
